Village Plaza's redesign was an aesthetic update and a comprehensive compliance overhaul to meet ADA standards. Our extensive work included demolishing and replacing existing site concrete alongside a well-planned redesign of the parking areas. A significant feature of this project was the installation of an ADA-compliant ramp, ensuring an accessible route from the city sidewalk into the plaza. Additionally, custom round concrete landscaping areas were constructed not just for beautification but to provide practical seating options. This project highlights our dedication to enhancing functionality through thoughtful design and compliance with accessibility standards.
